Having successfully completing "Project 365" in 2011, I am continuing the project of taking a photo a day for one year. At the end of the year I will be able to see what it was daily that made that year memorable for me!

Day 240
After 15 months, our vanilla is ready to use! I am so excited! We have vanilla beans from St. Lucia steeping, and I am going to order Mexican vanilla beans to get another batch brewing! In this batch we used Madagascar beans. So so good!
